Ellen showed a good calm head on a very busy day down at Baileys Hard. She had to deal with an awkward kayaking party customer and manage the instructor's car parking whilst signing in kayak hire customers.
At all time she was problem-solving issues calmly and professionally and not losing it in the manic business of it all. Her only issue was a customer talking down to her 'due to her age' and came across as very rude to her, again, she handled him well and problem solved his request.
My feedback would be to keep going as she is, as she's doing a cracking job and the confidence will grow with every problem solved.
