He has a very welcoming, calm and friendly demeanour. It was noticed that although his group were all here far before the start time he didn't start the session until the session start time which easily could have been sped up, I would advise this is addressed to make sure customers are receiving maximum value from their time spent with us. The rest of Jonny's briefing was really clear and well delivered and again, he demonstrated social distancing and reiterated it to customers accordingly. Very happy with the briefing process. I caught Jonny telling a few of his customers off for skipping checkpoints and paddling away from the group (which is fine and I'm glad he did) but I would remind him that he is carrying a whistle for a reason and should have done more to get the participants attention sooner.
